Almond Butter can be an excellent alternative to peanut butter. Use it for Breakfast and brunch dishes, for super-decadent  French toast. You can make almond butter and jam sandwiches then dip them in a mixture of egg and milk before cooking on the griddle. Other ideas would be to use in dips, soups or even desserts.
